We had a wonderful 6-day stay at this peaceful cottage, a perfect location for those who love to be close to the metro station and shopping malls. the staff members were genuinely helpful and accommodating. the rooms were absolutely spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony to enjoy the fresh air. the complimentary breakfast was an added bonus.
The front desk service seemed to be lacking, taking a while to deliver simple items to our room.

Had a great city break experience here! Loved the cozy and spacious rooms with a balcony and the yummy breakfast that was included. the location was spot on in terms of shopping and just a short walk to the metro station.
We did have to call multiple times to get things delivered to our room, and even then it could take hours for something as basic as water. the front desk service could definitely use some improvement to match the great standard of the rest of the stay.

The location is convenient with various transportation options nearby and several shopping malls and restaurants in the area. The hotel facilities were great with clean and spacious rooms that have a balcony. The breakfast served was tasty and fulfilling.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the city during a city trip. The rooms were clean and big, and had a balcony which was definitely a plus. Breakfast was included and was quite nice. The location of the hotel was also great as it was near the shopping malls and the metro station which made it easy to get around.
The service at the hotel was not up to par. I had to call the front desk multiple times for items to be delivered to my room and it would take a while for them to arrive. This was quite frustrating, especially when I needed something urgently. The staff were friendly though, and that's definitely a positive thing.
